Practical assembly summary for the ODOS3D Lab slider v1 pack.
- Print the v1 parts from
prints/STL/v1/. - Prepare the rods or rails and remove burrs.
- Assemble the carriage and check for smooth travel.
- Install GT2 pulleys and belt with moderate tension.
- Mount the motor and verify alignment.
- Install the recommended electronics.
- Set driver current before long movements.
- Connect the endstop if your build uses one.
- Flash GRBL 1.1 and apply settings for your travel length.
- Run a short movement test before using the full travel.
